The stay was terrible Positive: Noting Negative: Paid my deposit and still haven’t got my money back after over 2 weeks. Messaged them but no response. No curtains in room. WiFi wasn’t working

fraud Positive: i book this house but this is fraud i book 50 pound when we go this house he take 100 security deposit after he give me house lock box pin but thats not correct i stand there 60 mint he dont recive my call and dont give any answer after we book another hotel

Unclean and unacceptable Positive: Nothing - wasn’t cleaned from the previous people. Negative: Everything. Wasn’t cleaned from the previous people staying. Couldn’t stay because it was unacceptable and I didn’t have time to wait for someone to come and sort it when it should have been already done.

Good, but they need to do better in terms of communication. Positive: It's a good location and the house was comfortable enough. It was an easy access to everywhere we went to. I will suggest that you get a staff or a platform that will be available to speak to when any need arises. Negative: We called the number given to us several times, but it was not available, no one to complain to or ask for anything.. We wanted to ask where to put the rubbish, we tried calling, even sending mail, but no response. Please make a change next time.

100% genuine lovely house Positive: 100% I fully recommend this property. I stayed with my family. Lovely clean 3 bedroomed property in a quiet location. Everything you would need in the house is provided. Comfortable memory foam topped mattresses. Spacious fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The master bedroom is a big room with an en-suite. Free off road parking. Tesco Express within a 2 minute walk. Other supermarkets a short drive away. Hungry Horse pub restaurant a short 5 minute drive away. Negative: I had no issues with the house
